Classes
- Each level consists of a minimum of 12 classes (12 to 14 weeks) approx, 2 hours per class.
- Levels may be extended based on the child’s individual progress
- Class day/time might change due to unavoidable circumstances.
- Catch- up sessions for missed lessons are available on request and will be scheduled for one hour based on the teacher’s availability.
- If a child is unwell, parents must not bring them to class until they have fully recovered.
Performance
- Regular homework practice is mandatory to ensure progress.
- Every child will be assessed at the end of each level.
- Advancement to the next level is determined by the child’s performance in the end-of-level assessment.
- Enrolling in the course does not guarantee improvement; success depends on the child’s ability, parental support, and consistent practice.
- If a child is unable to cope with the syllabus,they might be moved to a special stream or recommend discontinuation.
- If you wish to take a break,it must be requested in writing and cannot exceed 3 months. Breaks longer than 3 months will require a re-enrollment fee and a new assessment.
Fees
- Fees must be paid in full for three terms before the start of a new term.
- Delayed payments will incur a re-enrollment fee of £25.
- If a level is extended due to student performance, the standard term fee applies.
- Fees remain the same regardless of the number of classes held within a term.
- No refunds will be provided on enrollment/material or term fees under any circumstances.
- The centre reserves the right to increase fees with a term’s notice.
Others
- Drop-off and Collection: Parents are responsible for ensuring their child is dropped off and collected promptly at the end of every session.
- When dropping off, please ensure your child has safely entered the classroom; do not leave them unattended anywhere else in the building
- The centre is not responsible for children remaining at the premises outside of scheduled class times. Please contact the centre if you are unavoidably delayed.
- During severe weather, it is the parents’ responsibility to check if the centre is functioning before bringing their child to class.
- Behaviour: We reserve the right to exclude any child from the class whose behaviour is persistently disruptive.
- Any intimidating or inappropriate behaviour by a parent towards our staff will lead to removal of the child from the centre.
